Explore Chicago Haunts This Halloween

Chicago historian and ghosthunter Ursula Bielski offers informative and chilling tours of the city's haunted sites throughout the year, with every seat on her Chicago Hauntings tour bus reserved before you've realized fall is here.

If you slacked on the Halloween planning again this year,
catch the author relating Chicago's paranormal phenomena tonight at The Book Cellar.

Or pick up a copy of
Chicago Haunts, More Chicago Haunts, or Graveyards of Chicago to add a little haunted to your Halloween this year.

Unabridged Website

From Robert McDonald, author of A Field Guide to Gay & Lesbian Chicago:

Unabridged Bookstore, has finally up and joined the 21st century and got ourselves a website! In the interest of getting the word out and getting the site known, I'd be much obliged if you could click your browser over to http://www.unabridgedbookstore.com/ and check it out for a moment, and pass this note on, encouraging your e-friends to do the same. You can't buy anything from the site itself, so it's not like I'm asking you to make a financial commitment, just a stop in for a quick online visit. I'll be updating the site frequently, and we'll be profiling books near and dear to us and trumpeting new sale book arrivals and such.
